The problem

The system

HIVE pipes the genuine Claude Code process to your phone: every skill, tool, and file the desktop has, reachable from Telegram or Slack. Around it sits a control plane — a mission-control Kanban for queuing agent work, cron-scheduled jobs, multi-agent parallel execution, a live voice war room, and a 'hive mind' activity log rendered as a 3D brain. Local-first SQLite, secrets externalized, messages auto-purged after three days.
