PureBorn: one client, three disciplines

PureBorn is a UAE eco-baby e-commerce brand. BTD delivered lifecycle marketing, UX strategy, and custom software as one coherent engagement — the kind of scope that usually takes a marketing agency and a dev shop that don't talk to each other.

01Lifecycle marketing

A full-funnel Klaviyo program built as native drag-and-drop templates: Abandoned Cart, We Miss You, Subscribe & Save, Running Low Restock, Leave a Review, and Order Confirmation flows — plus the clever one: a consumable-replenishment trigger that emails customers right before they run out of diapers. Not a discount blast — a genuinely useful nudge, timed by purchase data.

The method matters as much as the output: templates were built and pushed to Klaviyo programmatically via MCP — the same automation-first approach BTD sells, applied to its own delivery.

02UX & CRO

A conversion-focused UX proposal delivered with a working Next.js/Tailwind prototype — entry popup, cart drawer, and subscription toggle components — with a defined Shopify Storefront API integration path. Not slideware: clickable, testable components.

03Custom software

The engagement's delivery tooling — template generation, automated pushes, structured documentation — was itself custom software, built with the same stack that runs BTD internally.

Why this case study leads

One client, three disciplines, one team. A pure dev shop can't design the lifecycle program; a pure marketing agency can't build the software. The overlap is the offer.
